Another common wear part on the GMT800 trucks is the upper fan shrouds. The more they are removed to change out water pumps, etc, the more they fail. This part will only fit the Duramax radiators, not the 8.1L radiators or the 6L radiators.
At this price, it isn't worth messing with the old ones!
